Purchases of Simply Allegra Jewellery & Fashion Accessories
from outside Singapore may incur any import taxes and duties levied by the jurisdiction of the delivery
address. Such charges are not the responsibility of Simply Allegra Designs.

If for any reason the delivery is anticipated to be longer
than indicated or if we are unable to deliver your order, you will be
contacted immediately. A new delivery date, refund of payment, or item
replacement will then be arranged. Delivery dates are estimates only and
Simply Allegra Designs can take no responsibility for delays caused during
shipping.

Please be advised that jewellery bought under the Simply Little
Divas
range are not intended for unsupervised use by children
under the age of 3. This is a piece of jewellery and not a toy, please
do not leave your child unattended.

As natural stones are being used for some of the jewellery, actual product
may differ from that of the images shown.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your item

Please email us on [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of
your item, detailing your Order Number and the item that you wish to return.
A refund will then be arranged for you. Note that we are unable to accept
the return of pierced earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.

We will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing the items are
returned undamaged and in their original packaging. We strongly recommend
that you return items via Recorded Deliveries as we cannot refund or replace
undelivered returns. This postage cost is not reimbursed.

Damaged Goods

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately
upon receipt of your item on [email protected] to arrange a replacement.
Upon receipt of the damaged item from you, we will either replace the
item or issue you with a credit note for use at another time with no expiry
date. We do not provide a refund policy for damaged goods and also strongly
recommend that you return items via Recorded Deliveries and in their original
packaging as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered or damaged
returns.

Privacy & Payments

You can be rest assured that Simply Allegra Designs protects your privacy.
We will not release your personal information to any third parties for
mailing or marketing purposes.

We take all reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit and debit card details are securely held by WorldPay, which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, hence, Simply Allegra Designs does not hold your credit and debit card details on our website or in our customer database. WorldPay servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring the shopper confidence that no one can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.
