Living apart from my husband during the week is tough…I know there are a lot of women who can relate because your husbands travel for work, are in the miliatary or whatever your situation may be. I do know we are blessed to be together on the weekends and thank God every day for that.
Linking up with ” and Coffee for your heart today. Each week, right in the middle when things probably seem crazy, your workouts have either been good or bad, your nutrition has been up or down…she gives a prompt where she asks us to write an encouraging word to women or a woman, and today’s prompt was “YOU are loved”.
This one really got me thinking about how my husband and I express our love for each other. He doesn’t always say I love you…he actually more often tells me that “You are loved.” To be honest, until this link up I never really thought very deep into it. I just thought about it as his way of telling me that he loves me. But it isn’t. It is so much more and I now realized how blessed I am<3 Wow…my husband chooses those words to remind me that not only does he love me…but God loves me and the people around me love me too! It warms my heart knowing that he loves me so much that he wants to remind me that he isn’t the only one who loves me.I want you to know that no matter what happens today you are supported. I want you to tell you that even if you missed a workout, you are loved. I want to tell you that even if your nutrition plan didn’t go as planned, you are loved. I want to encourage you to keep up the good work you are doing. I want to challenge you to remind those that you love that you not only love them, but THEY are loved! Most imporant…I want you to know that you are loved.
